What we collect and why
- Orders: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, what you bought and what you paid. We need it to deliver, to take payment, to keep accounts and to handle returns. (Contract and legal obligation.)
- Account: if you create one, your name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and saved addresses.
- Newsletter: your email address, only after you confirm it. You can unsubscribe in every email.
- Wishlist, reviews and stock alerts: the email or account you use for them, and what you write.
- Reminders about a basket you left: only if you ticked the box asking for them.
Who receives your data
Only the services that are needed to run the shop: our payment provider (Stripe), the carriers that deliver your parcel, our hosting and email providers, and our accountant. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires. Newsletter and reminder data is kept until you unsubscribe. Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to the address above. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
Cookies and similar storage
We use browser storage that the shop needs to work: it remembers your basket, your checkout in progress, and that you are signed in. These need no consent.
If the shop has visitor statistics turned on, they are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.
